Dr Kevin R Brown

BDS Liverpool 1987

Originally from Wilmslow, Cheshire, Kevin qualified at Liverpool University where he was awarded the Lawton Medal for Excellence in Operative Surgery, along with the American Association of Endodontics’ first prize for excellence in endodontics (root treatments). He initially practiced in Liverpool as a Senior House Officer at the Liverpool Royal, but then moved South, practising in Windsor, Camberley and Bracknell before buying Broadway Dental Surgery in 1997.

He is a member of the British Dental Association and is passionate about providing the best possible patient care. Since 2014 he has sat on the Executive Committee, and has been Chair for 4 of those years of the LDC (Local Dental Committee) representing dental practitioners in the area and meeting with NHS commissioners at the Clinical Commissioning Group to improve patient care.

It was his love of scuba diving that drew Kevin to the coast in search of his own practice and he has lived in Poole ever since he bought the practice in 1997. Diving is still his main hobby - in the UK and all over the world. He also coaches U11 rugby at Oakmedians RFU club where his young son Joseph plays. He also has a dog called Billie.

Dr Francesca Bennett

BDS (Ncle), PGCert

Originally from York, Francesca graduated from Newcastle University in 2011, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Merit in Academic Dentistry. Following graduation, she initially practiced in County Durham before moving South, practising in both Somerset and Dorset, before moving to Broadway Dental Surgery in 2017.

Francesca is also completing a postgraduate Masters in restorative dentistry at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London. Additionally she has completed a variety of postgraduate courses on topics including bridges, whitening, tooth wear and composites (white fillings).

Francesca loves providing patients with a calm and relaxed experience, and focuses on providing patients with first class advice and treatment.

In her spare time, Francesca is a keen artist and enjoys painting colourful pictures of flowers. She has completed both The Great North Run and The Great South Run and one day hopes to complete The London Marathon.
